Early Years Childcare
At WildGarden, we offer a nurturing, nature-connected childcare experience for children aged 1 to 5 years.
Our Early Years setting is open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Additional hours can be arranged individually and are charged at a different rate.
As a registered childcare provider, we accept government funding, including:
- 2-year-old funding
- 3–4-year-old universal funding
- Extended hours for working parents
For families paying privately, our hourly rate is £7.00.
We welcome a small group of little explorers into a safe and inspiring environment where:
- Nature leads the way – children play outdoors daily, discovering the rhythms of the seasons, caring for plants and animals, and developing a deep connection to the natural world.
- Art and expression are encouraged – painting with natural materials, music, movement, storytelling and hands-on creativity are part of every day.
- Mindfulness and emotional awareness – through age-appropriate breathing games, quiet time, and gentle reflections, we support emotional resilience and inner calm.
- Healthy eating and food awareness – we promote wholesome, plant-rich food and include children in simple food prep and gardening to cultivate joyful eating habits.
- Respect for self and others – kindness, empathy and cooperation are woven into our daily routine, helping children feel seen, heard, and valued just as they are.
